Characteristics

The IP100 is a patented chemical injection pistol that allows for rapid injections in multiple holes without the need for packers. Designed to be tough and made with stainless steel and delrin, the IP100 can withstand years of rigorous use. The IP100 Injection Pistol is designed to reduce the amount of time you spend dealing with water leaks. It can inject any liquid based formula into any concrete structure. First, a 1" diameter hole (5 inches deep) is drilled with a hammerdrill or coring bit. Second, insert the pistol into the hole and push the actuator knob forward. The IP100 will lock itself into the hole forming a water tight seal allowing for injection under high pressure(up to 2500psi). After injecting simply pull the knob back and the IP100 releases it's grip, allowing for easy removal. After injection simply fill the hole with hydraulic cement and flush the IP100 with water. (Water is used to clean after Acrylic injections, other injectibles may require more robust cleaning solutions.)

How the IP100 is Unique:

The IP100 is the only one of it's kind. CGI Texas holds a patent on the technology and the design. We have used this injection pistol to seal thousands of leaks for over a decade. It has never let us down and has allowed us to rapidly seal even the most stubborn water leaks. The IP100 is made from stainless steel and is extremely tough and durable.  The IP100, coupled with our resin, is perfect for below grade waterproofing.n pistol that allows for rapid injections in multiple holes without the need for packers.
